Not without going to jail straight after. I agree with T Mobile’s approach to this, they cant just hand out fine points about their customers since their partners are mad. Sadly, thats just how it is.
if you can get ahold of his phone or sim card(and place it in another phone) and get the password sent by clicking the “forgot password” link on Tmobile.com, you can atleast get the password there.. hope it helps
