Before shocking mу attorney wіtһ tһіѕ inquiry, I рƖοttіחɡ I’d qυеѕtіοח here. Cаח I sue іח civil court mу cheating spouse аחԁ/οr tһе ho һе іѕ wіtһ? Hе took mе fοr a ton οf money wһіƖе wе wеrе “working οח tһе marriage” wһіƖе tһе whole time, unbeknownst tο mе, һе wаѕ still wіtһ һеr.

Maybe you can. But I reckon you should focus more on being paid over him and moving on. Start a new like affair and take your mind off him. x
I reckon you can sue for just about whatever thing….doesn’t mean you will win….and adultry while morally incorrect is not hostile to the law.
Tsk, tsk.
Live and learn I say.
I saw an episode on Dr. Phil last season where a wife sued the mistress and won $50,000 for ruining her marriage.
Depends on your state law. In California, there are statutes known as “anti heart-balm” statutes which prohibit these types of events. I would find a excellent split attorney. Depending on your state, there are other remedies hostile to your spouse.
No you cannot. What you can do, is sue in split court and make sure you provide PROOF he “took” you – that will be hard to prove, unless you made him sign an agreement note to pay you back AND you can prove that the money was yours before you married him.
I am not a lawyer but if you reckon there is cause for the action, question your attorney.
No, the only money you will get out of him is in your split agreement. There is not a judge around that is going to hear your case.
Yes you can in certain states, it’s called “separation of affection” and it’s suing the mistress. Check out the following website for states that still do, and check with your lawyer.
