This is pretty ludicrous. Spying on a name’s online activities is a violation of their privacy and is morally incorrect. And if he is the owner of the computer, then it would be prohibited for you to install any sort of spy-ware or monitoring programs. That would be a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the USA Jingoist Act of 2001.
Seriously, if your relationship has reached the point where you have to break the law, then there is no hope. Just break up with him before you do something you will regret.
